My creative Space.
We're half way through spring, although you'd never guess by the freezing cold and wet weather outside, and much of my time at the moment is spent planting and repotting in the hothouse. I'm preparing for warmer weather but I'm also singing, planning and growing.
This week I have also been slowly cleaning up my sewing creative space. As a general rule I see pulling everything out, refolding it and putting it back as a waste of valuable sewing time but it really got so messy that I had no option.
At night, when the girls are asleep, I have been crocheting pot holders. I am loving the fact that I can start and finish a project every single night. I choose a new colour scheme, a new pattern and off I go.

I started by putting the heavier, wintery fabrics away and then I piled what was left on the ground. I had to do it quickly and all in one go otherwise I knew I'd never go back to it.
I still have the books and yarns to go but now that I have discovered some treasures and feel so much more inspired to walk in there and sew I think I'll prioritise it.
